Meet the team…

Kerry Anderson

Kerry is our Sales Manager and works with both our new & existing clients. Although, she mainly works with our new clients along side Grace.

To help you look after your company & employees, Kerry will advise what assessments your site may require dependent on employee job roles/working environment, to help you obtain a safe work place for you and your employees.

Kerry also looks over any complaints within sales, should we have any.

Grace Glover

Grace is a Sales Executive for our new clients, working along side Kerry. If you have any questions regarding advice or information on Occupational Health, Grace is the girl to question!

From talking you through/recommending what assessments your company may require, to providing a cost effective competitive quote, Grace will support and help you through the process as smoothly as possible with her wide range of knowledge.

Stephanie Palmer

Stephanie is a Sales Executive for our existing clients, working along side Kerry. She continues to help our loyal clients through their Occupational Health Surveillance, and will support you with any queries.

Whether there is an increase/decrease of employees at your company or further Occupational Health Surveillance is required on site, Stephanie will advise what assessments your company may require dependant on job roles/working environments. She will then talk you through any amendments to ensure you are receiving the high standard of service Healthscreen provides.

Understanding the Sales Process

Within the sales team we are broken down into two different departments – new clients and existing clients.

Existing Clients

Stephanie starts by contacting our clients approximately 3 months prior to when their occupational health is due, so there is plenty of time for our clients to organise their production etc.

If Stephanie does not hear back from our client, reminders will be sent out via email as and when applicable to ensure the they are aware we are here to support them with the next steps.

 

Once our client has come back to Stephanie, the quoting process begins. We require confirmation of employee numbers, what surveillance you require and the site address (if changes have been made).

After the cost is confirmed, Stephanie then analyses the company’s contract/service level agreement to ensure they haven’t expired. If they have expired, she will renew the documents so they are up to date, and send them over to the client for them to sign & return, if they agree continue with our services.

For clients that do not want to be tied down in a contract, we can provide a one off service level agreement that will be reviewed in 12 months time.

Once all of the above is complete, Stephanie then passes our client to our Logistics Department to begin the next stage… booking in!

 

New Clients

Kerry & Grace take new enquiries by phone, email or via our website. Once an enquiry has come through they ensure they have all the relevant information in order to quote.

The quoting process then begins – the quote will be issued within 24 hours after collecting all the data required i.e. employee numbers, surveillance required, company full name and address etc.

If they do not hear back from the client after 3 days, they give them a call to ensure there are no queries or further requirements.

Reminders are then sent out via email or phone call as and when applicable to ensure the they are aware we are here to support them with the next steps.

Once a cost is confirmed, a contract & service level agreement is sent over to the client to be signed & returned before we can attend site. However, if they do not wish to be tied down in a contract, we can offer a one off service level agreement which will be reviewed in 12 months time.

When all of the above is agreed, Kerry / Grace pass the client file over to the logistics department who then continues the booking process.
